Members state what they need and what they can help with, and the system actively matches and introduces them by email each week with a specific named suggestion rather than a feed. Profiles stay current because they are enriched automatically and confirmed with one tap. The organisation sees real outcomes, introductions made, help given, jobs found, which is what a director needs for a budget conversation, rather than login counts.
